| The Avalon ImagePro21 Statistics Manager (StatsMgr) application is a PC-based, interactive program for generating reports for the Avalon ImagePro21 Image Reject Re-entry (IRR) and operator performance. Statistics Manager provides management feedback of operators’ performance, as well as, the performance of the intelligent character recognition (ICR) engine. Furthermore, Statistics Manager generates reports to provide statistical data such as the number of items corrected by ICR, user idle and processing time, and how long it takes to correct certain blocks and fields, among many others. |

READ EXISTING IRR STATISTICAL FILES
Generate reports on IRR performance by accumulating the statistics produced by the IRR application. The user can also view the reports by operator number and job level within a date range selected. The accumulated statistical data is maintained in a SQL database.

CONFIGURABLE SETTINGS
Add or delete the workstations, which will be included in the statistical reporting process, in the Statistics configuration process. The user can also define the number of days that the statistics should be retained within the accumulated SQL database.

PRINT REPORTS
Produce a printout of the statistics displayed for the Job or Operator reports.

EXPORT TO EXCEL™
Extract report data to Microsoft Excel™ to perform further analysis or print the report in a different format.

MAINTAIN THE DATABASE
Clear the existing accumulated statistics from the SQL database. A message requires the user to confirm the action. |
