The ImagePro21 Workflow Monitor (WFM) application is a stand alone PC-based program that allows users to maintain vigilance of daily item processing work from a workstation. An operator has the ability to track units of work such as jobs, blocks, entries or tracers through the workflow of production in the legacy systems. This application offers advanced features for users to search blocks, and aids in maintaining work flow control. WFM is a very useful aide to the operations staff and supervisor in any processing environment.

WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT
ImagePro21 WFM allows not only monitoring of work but also has the capability to modify priorities, suspend units of work from various processes, and reactivate work to effectively manage the operation.
JOB AND BLOCK TREE LISTINGS
The ability to obtain information about the status of work units such as entries/jobs, key blocks, and individual blocks from simple selection of a tree view level. WFM provides the ability to instantly map the status of the work such as capture, data entry, balancing, reporting extraction, etc.
SEARCH/FILTER OPTIONS
The ability to search for specific units of work based on work/entry type, job and/or block numbers. This application allows information to be filtered, which makes finding information easy and creates an overall user-friendly application for tracking work.
CONFIGURABLE SETTINGS AND PREFERENCES
Options for host connection and how information is presented, as well as enabling auto-refresh, which ensures that the most up-to-date information possible for jobs and blocks is displayed. |
